Means of Production believes in advocating for better working conditions, better pay structures, and generating more interest in the field of production leadership.  One way we are actively pursuing this is by providing educational and mentorship opportunities - an important step to help foster the next generation of Production Managers and Technical Directors.

We aim to connect those interested in the field or who are already pursuing a career in the technical and production field with those already embedded in the workforce who can provide a helping hand.
